Building structures, technological structures, conveyor galleries, pipe racks, bunker buildings, SMS buildings. Projects up to 6,500 MT steel erected at single location.
Equipment Installation & Commissioning
Blast furnaces, casters, rolling mills, EAF, ladle furnaces, EOT cranes (up to 280T), rotary dryers, ball mills, balling discs, compressors. Hot commissioning capability.
Civil Structures & Industrial Buildings
Control rooms, equipment foundations, reinforced cement concrete, earthwork, formwork. Full civil-to-commissioning turnkey capability demonstrated at Carmeuse, Oman.
Utility Piping
Water, gas, hydraulic, lubrication piping. Mould cooling, machine cooling, spray cooling. Projects up to 100,000 inch-meters. Raw water pipelines to 1,200mm dia.
Electrical & Instrumentation
HT/LT cabling, power distribution panels, cable trays, control systems. 250 km of power & control cables for single project (Jindal Shadeed Caster-2). Added 2017.
Plant Operations & Maintenance
Long-term O&M contracts — 2 MTPA Steel Melt Shop, 1.4 MTPA Rolling Mill, Fume Treatment Plant at Jindal Shadeed since 2016. Also SABIC Saudi Arabia 5-year contract.
Thermal Insulation & Cladding
Rockwool insulation on steam lines and industrial piping. Demonstrated at Jindal Shadeed Caster-2, Oman.
Supply & Installation of Sheeting
Roof and side cladding for industrial buildings. 55,000 sqm at single project (SMS building, MISCO Oman) at elevation +53 metres.
Design & Engineering
In-house design capability for building structures (demonstrated: scrap storage building design per MECON specs). Full engineering on EPC contracts.
Pre-Engineering Sheds & Buildings
Pre-engineered building structures for industrial applications, workshops, and plant auxiliary buildings.
